Typical way to move Statistica to another computer
Follow these steps:
1. Un-install Statistica from the current computer. For cases where the uninstall is not possible, e.g. hard drive has failed, computer is no longer functioning, or for any reason for which Statistica cannot be uninstalled, skip to step 4, below.
2. Select 'Yes' when prompted to notify the Statistica registration server to un-register the installation (internet connection required).
3. Finish the un-install process. If un-registration fails, ignore the message and complete the uninstall process.
4. Begin the new install on the new computer by double clicking CDSTART.exe in the Statistica installer folder and then click "Install Statistica", or double-clicking on the setup.exe file located in the appropriate installer folder. 5. Follow the prompts to input installation keys and complete the registration.
