Description

For the hosted TIBCO Cloud Spotfire program there are two server locations, Oregon (US) and Ireland (EU). The Modified Date is not local to either location or the user's browser, which can cause some confusion.

Issue/Introduction

When looking at Cloud Library details, what time zone is used for Modified Date?

Resolution

The Modified Date in the TIBCO Cloud Spotfire Library is always shown in UTC for consistency.
