Resolution

The TIBCO Cloud™  Integration - Hybrid Agent (tibagent)  is using secure WebSocket (i.e. wss on top of TLS) protocol as the transport layer between on-premise and TIBCO Cloud. The connection is initiated over HTTPS/WSS using TLS encryption. Once established, the tunnel is using a proprietary protocol on top of a secure WebSocket connection, ensuring that the caller is authenticated. 

NOTE: TLS 1.2 is used.
