Description
While importing the new TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for SAP application on TCI, facing following error message on pop-window. Facing this issue even if SAP supplement already pushed. ========= BW App import error:plugin 'sap' has supplement requirements, Please supplement first before running the application. =========
Environment
Tibco Cloud Integration (TCI)
Resolution
Whenever the TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for SAP runtime version changed on TCI, it expects a supplement for that version while uploading the new Applications.
Suppose, TCI has the TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for SAP 8.4, and we added a supplement, then the application could run with TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for SAP 8.4 version but the TCI has TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for SAP 8.5 and the same old application that pushed at 8.4 still can be running. However, the new application will popup saying supplement is missing.
So for a new application, when TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for SAP runtime version changed on TCI, we need to supply the supplement file. The upgrade doesn't affect existing applications.
To resolve this issue, push the SAP supplement (Supported SAP JCO libraries) again for TIBCO Cloud Organization. Refer to the below TCI document for more details.

Note:The same procedure applies to a hotfix upgrade too.
