Description
When opening an Information link via "Add Files and Data" flyout, an SQL query is sent to fetch all data before the summary view with loading options appear.
This may result in a long delay if the information link fetches a large amount of data, before being able to choose which particular data to load.

Issue/Introduction
In Spotfire 10.0, when opening an information link from the library the SQL query is executed before load options are displayed, which can cause a long delay if there is a lot of data fetched by it
