To download follow these steps:

1.  Go to https://edelivery.tibco.com/storefront/index.ep :

2.  Login at the top right.  If there are any issues with the log,  send an email to "download-admin@tibco.com" for help.
 

3.  Search for "Statistica" (or TIBCO Statistica):

4.  Select the product purchased (or select TIBCO Statistica Software (v 13.3.x)

5. For installer files other than English, skip to step 5.1.  Select "Operating System", check the EULA agreement if you agree,and select "Full Product with Download Manager", then click the "Download" button:

5.1 (Alternate Steps for German or French installer files)  Select "Operating System", check the EULA agreement if you agree,and select "Individual File Download":

5.2  Click the '+' to expand the language pack options and the click only one of the options (clicking both options will take a long time to download in most cases):  

5.3.  The individual file will download.  After downloading,  unzip the file and then see How to install Statistica 13.3 and skip the rest of the steps below.  
 

6.  If necessary, select "Allow" or "Always Allow" to allow popup:

 

7.  Click the "Download Installer" button:
  
 

8.  Click "Run" to install the Akamai download manager:


9.  The installer begins.  Click "I Agree" and "Next" if agreed:

11.  The Windows Firewall may block installation.  Select the the type of network and click "Allow Access":

 

12.  Choose location of download and click the "OK" button:

 

13.  Close the installer after it finishes:

15.  Download complete, click "Close":
