In Spotfire Analyst, click on Tools >> Support Diagnostics and logging and select the Logging tab. You may set a log Level here that suits the diagnostic level you are looking for.
To view existing logs, click on Open folder below log file and either open the file : Statistica.Spotfire.Extensions.log or send a copy of the file to TIBCO Support for diagnosis. It would be useful to provide the server time when the error occurred along with the Statistica.Spotfire.Extensions.log when providing this file to
TIBCO Support NOTE : In some scenarios, it maybe beneficial for Support to get both the log files in the folder : Spotfire.Dxp.SupportDiagnostics.log and Statistica.Spotfire.Extensions.log
