Generally the group "Domain Users" is the default primary group for any users. same as "ALL" group in TDV. but if you query user groups, it will not return this group "Domain Users" if the user primary group is "Domain Users". So the user cannot inherited from this group when we login as this user.

The recommendation is that you should  not use this group, if you  really want, please change the user primary group to others in AD.
