Description

While accessing a Spotfire analysis file that does not have the data source credentials saved within the analysis file, the TIBCO Spotfire Web Player will prompt for data source credentials when the file is opened. The data fetched from the data source here can be through connectors or through ODBC connection. After entering the correct data source credentials in the prompt, it might still complain about incorrect username or password as below:

This issue can be seen if the correct driver for the data source is not installed on the Node Manager server.

Resolution
