Why is the Subscription button missing when viewing a map?

Description
When viewing a map in the webserver you may not see a subscribe button.
Issue/Introduction
When I view a map in the web server there is no subscription icon showing.
Environment
TIBCO.Nimbus WebServer
Resolution
If you are looking at a draft version of the map this is by design and the button will not show as you are only able to subscribe to masters.
Please make sure you are looking at the master version of the map and the subscribe button should now show.
