When deploying an Amazon S3 project on Docker or TIBCO Cloud without providing the region in the Amazon S3 Shared Resource it generates the following error requesting the region:

Unable to find a region via the region provider chain. Must provide an explicit region in the builder or setup environment to supply a region.
=============================================================

1. Go to the Environment Controls Tab of the application on TCI.
2. Go to the "Engine variables" tab and click on the Add Variable button.
3. Under the Name column provide the variable name as AWS_REGION
4. Provide the region name that you want for that specific app to use under the Value column.
5. Finally click on Push Updates button and scale your app. It should work now.
