Issue/Introduction

Statistica Monitoring and Alerting Server (MAS) turns yellow with error from Microsoft OLEDB Provider for SQL server : multi-part identifier could not be found

Resolution

This error is usually indication that the SQL is not defined correctly.  The error will likely appear if you run the dependent analysis configuration, but may not occur if you explore the data configuration itself. To resolve the issue:

1. Locate the data configuration for the task in the taskset in the system view .

2.Expand the columns retrieved by the data configuration and expand the column that the error was thrown for and select SQL information. Uncheck the option to use fully qualified column name for that specific column and use fully qualified tablename (of this column) .

3. Commit the change . Run one of the analysis configurations to ensure that analysis runs to completion without the same error being observed. Repeat the previous step if the same error is observed for other columns. If the analysis runs to completion, then schedule the taskset to ensure that yellow dashboards are no longer are observed.
