When you have used your allowed application quota for the number of applications in TIBCO Cloud LiveApps, you will receive the following message:

Issue/Introduction

When creating a new application, the error "You have used your application quota" maybe seen. This article helps reclaim your application quota for TIBCO Cloud LiveApps after deleting the unused apps

Resolution

You can check your current allowed application limit by going to the following:

Login to cloud.tibco.com > Subscriptions (under the top menu options on the home page) > Live Apps > Details > Capabilities > Applications limit

To resolve the issue, and be able to create new apps, you can delete the unused apps, and reclaim your application quota by the following procedure:

- Delete the unused apps from the designer.

- Clear the apps from the Trash in the Administrator. The apps in the Trash also count towards the application quota, if not cleared.

Login to cloud.tibco.com > Low code apps & Processes > Live Apps > Administrator > Click on 3 lines on top left of the screen > Application Administration (Scroll to the bottom of the screen to Trash, and remove any apps, if there are any)

After you clear the apps in Trash, you should be able to create new apps, and the message should not appear anymore until you reach your allowed application quota next time.
