TIBCO iProcess Decisions Server Plug-in 10.3.0 with hot fix 01
TIBCO iProcess Decisions Server 5.4.1 Hot Fix 18 (64-bit)
Resolution
The sw_warn.log contains multiple entries for:
2018/02/07 08:29:08.153675(BGPREDICT:1:12320982:2::::pro:/proeai.c:84279:2565): 1867-'EAIJAVA' EAI Run-Time Plug-In failed to initialize, error Error inside initialize method of Java object - Decisions Server jar files are not installed
The plug-in is installed however the iProcess decision server jar files have not been installed – this is a manual post-install task.
The following iProcess Decisions Server 5.4.1.18 jar files must be installed under SWDIR/ eaijava/libs/repository/eairulesmanager/system

CcDeploy.jar
CcI18nBundles.jar
CcServer.jar
CcUtilities.jar
CcConfig.jar
CcExtensions.jar
CcThirdPartyJars.jar
CcLicense.jar
(manually create the “system” if the directory does not exist under SWDIR/ eaijava/libs/repository/eairulesmanager)
The “CcLicense.jar” is provided by TIBCO
The remaining jar files can be obtained from an iProcess Decisions Server installation.
The iProcess Decisions Server 5.4.1.18 is a full distribution set for 64-bit Microsoft Windows only.
To source the required jar files:
1. Install the iProcess Decisions Server 5.4.1.18 on a Microsoft Windows 64-bit machine
The jar files are in the Decisions Server installation under DECISIONS_HOME\server\lib
The default home path is C:\Program Files\TIBCO\iProcessDecisions
2. Transfer the file in binary mode to the iProcess server
3. Un-install the iProcess Decisions Server 5.4.1.18 on the Microsoft Windows machine
The iProcess engine must be restarted once the iProcess Decisions Server jar files have been installed under SWDIR/ eaijava/libs/repository/eairulesmanager/system
