impossible to resize the Reporting Table Dialog

Description
It is not possible to resize the Reporting Table Dialog running Statistica with Win7 or Win8.1. When you use Windows 8.1 as OS, even the minimize button at the upper right corner of the Dialog is missing.

The reporting table design is fixed. Due to some issues with Preview pane, it does not allow user to resize the main window anymore.
Hidden minimize button fro this reporting table dialog is as designed. This button should not appear for this analysis because in interactive environment, user can click outside the dialog or on taskbar button to minimize it.
