Description
If you are upgrading TDV and encountering below error in logs (i.e. PgsqlJreUpgrade.out or cs_server_upgrade.out) by executing the upgrade script "cis_upgrade_patch.sh/bat" then please use the below workaround/solution to resolve the issue:
Workaround/Shot Term Fix:
Execute below command manually before executing the upgrade scripts.
"export LANG=en_US.UTF-8"
Please note that this issue was identified with 7.0.7 upgrade and already fixed in 7.0.8 release.
