Description
This article details how customers can subscribe to Knowledge Base Articles and Product Interests.
Resolution
- Login to TIBCO Support Portal
- Click on your name and select Product Interests and Knowledge Base Subscriptions
3. Click on the arrow next to the Product family name and check the boxes of the Products you wish to subscribe to.
4. Scroll down the page to the Configure Subscriptions section and select the type of articles and notices you wish to receive, and click on Save Preferences at the top right corner.
