Description
The swutil UNLOCKMAIL command invoked from an EAI Script does not complete successfully and therefore does not unlock the work item. If the command is run from a command line the work item gets unlocked successfully.
A return code value of 255 is generated when the problem occurs.
The issue is caused by the time taken to run the command. If the command does not complete and return within the default timeout of 20 seconds it will not complete successfully and generates the return code value of 255.

Environment
All supported platforms and databases.
Resolution
The parameter used for the timeout time setting is FGLITO in STAFF section of the staffcfg file.
Change the FGLITO parameter to a higher value such as 40 or 60.
Restart the iProcess Engine to ensure the parameter change is invoked correctly.
