Description
This issue is related to running 32-bit application on 64-bit OS which does not have the 32-bit libraries installed.
It is likely that you do not have 32-bit libraries and the tibrvlisten that comes with the RV installation is a 32-bit version which requires the 32-bit libraries.
The 64-bit version of tibrvsend and tibrvlisten are attached to this article.

Issue/Introduction
When trying to run tibrvlisten on 64-bit server, we got the following error
