Jaspersoft hereby announces that it will end support for the following product version(s), as of 11:59 pm Pacific Time on January 25th, 2025. 

• JasperReports Professional (library) 8.2.x
• JasperReports Server 8.2.x
• Jaspersoft Studio 8.2.x
• JasperReports IO 3.2.x

The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this retirement and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. We recommend upgrading to version 9.0.0 (4.0.0 for JasperReports IO), which is the new Long Term Support release of Jaspersoft product family. Please check our Product Download Site (http://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

Our Support team will be happy to assist you with any requests through the retirement date.  After the retirement date has been reached, new cases reported against the retired release(s) will no longer be accepted.

Available hotfixes and knowledge base articles will continue to be available to all customers with product maintenance beyond the retirement date.
