Why is the Administrative Tools within Webstatistica greyed out?  How can we enable it?

Cause: User is not part of administrative group for Webstatistica.  

The user who logs into WebStatistica must be a member of:

1.  The SWS_ADMIN Windows group on the server hosting WebStatistica
2.  And have appropriate permissions to login to Statistica Enterprise Manager.

To add a user to SWS_ADMIN group, an administrator on the WebStatistica server may : 

   a. Open "Computer Management"  from Control Panel | administrative tools.
   b. Under "System Tools"|"Local Users and Groups"|Groups, double click "SWS_ADMIN" to add the user.
