To resolve this error :
1. Login to Enterprise Server/ Data Entry server as an administrator.
2. Browse to the Statistica installation folder
3. Right click on Folder >> properties >> security tab and give "Everyone" Read and Execute access to the folder.
4. If the above enlisted steps do not resolve the error, raise a case for TIBCO Statistica here
