How can the keys or license files be used ?

Statistica 14.0 does not support in place upgrade. It is recommended to uninstall Statistica 13.5 and then install Statistica 14.0
 

How to use the license keys with the Statistica 14.0 installer?

OPTION 1:

If you'd prefer not to type or copy-paste the keys from the License Readme, look up license file that corresponds to the product purchased in : https://support.tibco.com/s/article/How-to-find-the-Statistica-License-keys-in-edelivery and simply place the Statistica license file corresponding to your installation in the folder that has the installer. Change the Server name in the Stat.lic file to be the name of the server name Statistica is being installed on (Updating Computer Name is only recommended, but not mandated) and save the file as "Stat.lic" in the install directory


Launch Statistica.exe as an Adminsitrator and the installer will not prompt for the license keys and use the keys from the license file that was created.

OPTION 2:

Look up the Serial number and product key for Statistica as per instructions on : https://support.tibco.com/s/article/How-to-find-the-Statistica-License-keys-in-edelivery

Enter the Serial Number and Product Key when the installer prompts for the same :
