During an upgrade to Statistica on a client/workstation, the following error occurs:
Note: This error will not appear during a clean install but only during an workstation/client upgrade.

Windows operating systems only.
Resolution
The statist.exe file is missing from the parent folder of the Workstation Installer folder. For example, for Statistica 13.5, the following Statistica executable directory/application folder will contain these folders and file (plus many others):
To resolve this issue, add the statist.exe application file to the Statistica executable/application folder. The application file maybe on another server or workstation installation. If unable to find the statist.exe application file, create a TIBCO Support case at https://support.tibco.com.
