How to give users permissions to schedule an analysis in WebStatistica?

Description
A user wants to schedule analysis in webstatistica as detailed here, but does not see the button to schedule analysis, i.e the user's webstatistica User Interface misses the schedule analysis or report button as shown below:
PREREQUISITES:
Administrative privileges on WebStatistica Server
A User who has sufficient permissions in Enterprise Manager

How to give users permissions to schedule an analysis in WebStatistica?
Resolution
1. Login to Statistica server machine as a user who has administrative privileges.
2. Launch Computer Management from Start Menu or Control Panel >> System and Security>> Administrative Tools>>Computer management
3. Double click on the SWS_BATCHABLE in Computer Management >>Local Users and Groups>> Groups and click Add.
4. Type the username and then click OK followed by Apply and OK. The added end user may now login to WebStatistica to see the Schedule analysis or Report button.
