Spotfire Statistica 13.3.1 and above.

Description

After receiving new order information, the fulfillment email, entering any other code but the Access Code will produce this message:  "Invalid code."

Environment

Windows operating systems only.

Resolution

If an Access Code is not provided in the fulfillment email, request an Access Code by creating a TIBCO Support case here.  If new to the TIBCO Support Portal, see information about it here.
