For the EMail action of a rulebase, you can now configure the content
type of an e-mail to text/plain. To do this, add the following property
to the the RuleBaseEngine module of the hawkagent.cfg file:
-email_content_type text/plain

When TIBCO Hawk was used along with Console Applications like TIBCO
Hawk(R) SNMP Adapter and the fault tolerant mode of TIBCO Enterprise
Message Service, Hawk SNMP Adapter could not connect to the secondary
EMS server when the primary EMS server was down. With this fix, Hawk
SNMP Adapter can connect to the secondary EMS server. Hawk SNMP Adapter
can also reconnect to the primary EMS server in a non-fault-tolerant
EMS setup.
