The issue of invisible label/characteristics in the input dialog of the data entry setup in spite of having that in the folder could be because of enforcement by Statistica to use the latest approved versions.



The following options can be considered to resolve the issue -

Option 1 :
The user should approve the label and the characteristics. After approval, the label & characteristics will be available in the data entry setup dialog.
 
Option 2 :
If the user is looking for another option than the approval of label and characteristics and has SYSADMIN permissions in Statistica Enterprise, the following alternative steps can be followed 

Steps >
1) Navigate to "Versions and Approvals" in System Options of Statistica Enterprise Manager
2) Untick " Enforce the use of latest approved versions "
