Microsoft is informing customers that they are using a process that still authenticates using Access Control Service (ACS) which will be deprecated as of May 31, 2017.

TIBCO Scribe has had a number of customers forward the letter that Microsoft has sent to them indicating that the support for Access Control Service (ACS) will no longer be supported for Dynamics 365 CRM and they should be using Shared Access Signature (SAS) from their third party products (TIBCO Scribe® Online).

Customers who are using TIBCO Scribe® Insight should upgrade to version 7.9.2 or higher of Insight and version 5.5.5 or higher of the CRM (Dynamics 365) Adapter to be compliant.

Customers who are using TIBCO Scribe® Online will be compliant with the next release of the Dynamics 365 Connector scheduled for May 2, 2017.
