Appnodes, appspaces and applications are not displayed in TEA UI after installing BW 6.4.2 HF4. BW agent log file displays the following error message during the failure.

TEA UI fails to display appnode/appspace information of an existing domain after installing BW 6.4.2 HF 4.

This issue is caused by new TEA UI changes. Please install TEA 2.3.0 HF2 to correct the situation. 

Solution : Install TEA 2.3.0 HF2

TEA HF2 version is compatible with BW 6.4.2 HF4. Please use the reference section of this article to download this hotfix.

1. Stop the TEA instance.
2. Install TEA HF2.
3. Start the TEA instance.

Workaround : Recreate TEA data Folder (Only if HF2 can't be installed)

If TEA HF2 can't be installed due to some reason, the following steps can be performed as a temporary workaround.

1. Stop TEA instance.
2. Rename the folder "cfgmgmt\tea\data". (TEA Machine)
3. mv data data_old (linux command)
4. Start TEA instance.
5. Register the BW agent again (bwadmin registerteaagent ) (BW Machine)
