Changing email associated with a TIBCO Scribe® Online account

Description

Background: Your corporate email address may change for various reasons.  Sometimes, it is due to a corporate merger or buyout.  Sometimes the domain is changed.  In these cases, you need to change the account associated with your TIBCO Scribe® Online login to ensure that you receive notification emails from TIBCO Scribe® Online.

Resolution

Steps to change account logon:

 

  1. Log into TIBCO Scribe® Online using your old email account and invite your new email account as an Administrator to any Organizations you need to access. See Inviting Users To Join An Organization and Creating A TIBCO Scribe Online Account in the TIBCO Scribe® Online Help.
    • To add or delete users from TIBCO Scribe® Online, go to More > User Management.
  2. After you accept the invitation using the new logon, delete the old user. See Accepting Or Declining Invitations and  Managing Users in the TIBCO Scribe® Online Help.
