All license requests need to have a case created for them. Submit a case here. For OnTheHub academic requests, email support@tibco.com or submit a support request here.
Supported licensing requests are the following:
License extensions during renewal, if necessary. The license must be in the process of renewal for a license extension. (Not available for OnTheHub purchases/rentals)
Access Codes - a code to update the license file after the renewal order has been processed. Please provide the new order number to receive an Access Code.
If Statistica cannot be un-installed and the any new installation license registration fails, create a support case at https://support.tibco.com/s/ . When submitting a support case, provide the Statistica serial number and computer name (hostname). This is if a computer crashed or for any reason Statistica cannot be uninstalled.
Please submit the following information when creating a case:
Statistica serial number and computer name (hostname)
Statistica order number (new order number for renewals is necessary)
Reason for the license extension. Note: OnTheHub licenses are not extended (see the important note below)
Additional information may be required and will be requested if necessary.
Important Note: Licenses for trial and academic versions will not have their license files extended. Academic customers must purchase another rental, then must uninstall and install Statistica with the new installation keys provided through OnTheHub.
