License expires in less than 45 days and Statistica needs to be re-licensed to avoid downtime. The following must be true:
License will expire soon and a new order (or yearly maintenance) has been purchased and processed
If a new subscription (for term licenses) has not been purchased, please email renewals@tibco.com to begin the renewal subscription process. Once a new order has been received, proceed with the steps in the resolution section.
Please follow these steps:
1. Create a case here. For any trouble creating a case, contact the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) team by calling one of the numbers under "Telephone" Support here.
2. Provide the Statistica serial number (old or new) and include new order number.
3. Attach current license file (the one about to expire). To find the license file, follow the steps in this knowledge base article: How to find the Statistica license file (stat.lic)
For Statistica 13 or higher, an Access Code will be generated. For Statistica 12 or lower, we only provide a new license file in extreme cases as we no longer support V11. Instructions will be provided in the email.
