Issue/Introduction

How to resolve MAS(Monitoring and Alerting Server) Error "0x80131501 Description: SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) Server Application Faulted SDMS (Statistica Document Management Server) error information HRESULT: 80040501 -Description: The account is disabled. Please see your system administrator."?

Resolution

1. This indicates that the SDMS account used for fall back authentication has been disabled (See Reference section for more details) . Enable the SDMS account used for fallback authentication using the details provided in : https://support.tibco.com/s/article/How-to-resolve-HRESULT-80040501-Description-The-account-is-disabled-Please-see-your-system-administrator

2. If the password was changed in SDMS Administartion tool for the fallback authentication account, login to Statistica Enterprise Manager as a user with System Administrator (SADM) privileges and navigate to System Options>> SDMS Integration >> Fallback authentication and update the user name and password. Ensure that the authentication method is also set correctly. The preferred authentication is Windows and the preferred fallback authentication is Standard.

3. Resubmit the taskset to see all the tasks run to completion.
