Prerequisites :
Statistica service is installed on the Spotfire Server.

Resolution steps :
1) Back up the custom.properties file form tibco\tsnm\xxx( i.e Spotfire version)\nm\services\statistica-service-14.0.0.29\conf\ on Desktop.
2) Place the attached custom.properties file in the same location
3) Shut down Statistica service from a server and make sure all stat.exe processes are gone from task manager and if not, kill the processes.
3) Restart the node manager service from windows services
4) Restart Statistica service from server
5) Try to create a data function again.
