Problem One
I am having problems installing my Statistica Ultimate Academic Bundle. I can't find the installer files. What should I do?

I need to install my Ultimate Academic on another computer but I am getting a message I cannot do that:

When I try to install, I keep getting "Error -1" or a "Communication error with the server" message.
Problem Four
I purchased an upgrade to my current Statistica install or a new copy rental of Statistica. How do I go about installing it?
Solution to Problem One
The installer files for the Statistica Ultimate Academic Bundle are downloaded from the OnTheHub website to a download manager, called a SDM (Secure Download Manager). The SDM is downloaded first, then the installer files are downloaded, then Statistica can be installed. All of this information should be included in the email sent by OnTheHub. For more details see Frequently Asked Questions (information provided by OnTheHub).
Solution to Problem Two
The message indicates Statistica cannot be installed because the maximum amount of installs has been reached (the maximum is one). To install on another computer, follow the instructions located in this knowledge base article: What is the process for installing Statistica on a different computer (single-user desktop version)?

No upgrades are available for the Ultimate Academic version (or any version sold on the hub). What was purchased, or rented, was a completely new copy of Statistica that is a later version of what is installed now. License files are not extended for currently installed academic versions sold through OnTheHub. To resolve this:
1. Uninstall Statistica through Programs and Features (Start | Control Panel | Programs and Features, right-click on Statistica and select "Uninstall")
2. Download the new installer files, from OnTheHub (typically sign into your account and look under "My Orders" or "My Account")
3. Install using the new installation keys (also provided under "My Orders" or "My Account")..
