Description
User views MAS alarm emails in iOS Mail app but graphs are not correct. Graphs seem different when viewed from Desktop applications/ Other email clients such as Outlook
Issue/Introduction
User views MAS alarm emails in iOS Mail app but graphs are not correct
Resolution
We have confirmed that this is a caching bug in Apple's default mail app. Bugs have been filed with Apple regarding this problem.
Temporary workaround (for current emails) : Closing the app, clearing the cache or restarting the phone fixes the problem
Workarounds would be to install a 3rd-party email app on the mobile device to ensure that visualizations are up-to-date.
