On 13 October 2021, a TIBCO system update will change agents in the Europe AWS region to connect to the new *.servicebus.windows.net URL. If whitelisting for service bus access is required by your IT organization, best practice is to update your whitelisting rules to include this new service bus URL before this system update.

To communicate with the TIBCO Scribe platform on status and instructions in real-time, the agent needs to attach to the TIBCO Scribe Online Service Bus over ports 443, 5671, 5672, 9350, 9351, 9352, 9353, 9354, and to the Service Bus URL for the data center you are using. Without access to the Service Bus, agents will continue to work, reverting to a polling mode and will no longer communicate in real-time, causing longer response times in the application.
