TIBCO Cloud™ Services use a Status page at https://status.cloud.tibco.com/ to display the status of TIBCO Cloud™ , including ongoing as well as past incidents and/or scheduled maintenance. The page has a SUBSCRIBE TO ALERTS link through which users could subscribe to receive email notifications whenever TIBCO Cloud creates, updates or resolves an incident or makes scheduled maintenance announcements. Customers are highly recommended to subscribe for email notification following the steps below.
How to subscribe to receive TIBCO Cloud™ alerts?
1. Go to the Status page at https://status.cloud.tibco.com/
2. Click on SUBSCRIBLE TO ALERTS.
3. Enter your corporate email.
NOTE: The best practice would be to create an external-facing distribution list in your organization and use the list to subscribe. This way you can manage who gets notified internally, and can easily link it to your internal processes.
4. Select the TIBCO Cloud™ services and components for which you wish to receive notification alerts about scheduled maintenance, updates, or Cloud incidents (service degradation).
5. You should receive an email to confirm your subscription.
6. You should start receiving email notification about scheduled maintenance, updates, or Cloud incidents (service degradation).
