One of the huge benefits of the TIBCO Support portal is the ability to set preferences for email notifications based on the products you own or products of interest to you. You can enable email notifications for the following:
- Articles
- Release Announcements, including hotfixes
- Retirement Notices
- Security Announcements
- Product Interests
If you want to be notified about that status of TIBCO Cloud services, you can subscribe to updates on the TIBCO Cloud ™ Services status page. This page shows the status of TIBCO's cloud services, including any ongoing incidents or scheduled maintenance, as well as a record of past incidents and maintenance.
Resolution
To enable email notifications in the Support Portal:
- Navigate to the TIBCO Support portal and log into your account.
- From the drop-down menu under your name, select Product Interests and Knowledge Base Subscriptions.
- Near the top of the page, select the Customize My Product List link.
- From the list displayed, select the products of interest.
- At the top of the page, all notifications for all selected products are enabled by default. Review the settings and disable the notifications you do not want to receive.
- Select the Save Interests button below the list of notifications.
When an article is published for the products with enabled notification settings, you will receive a notification email.
