TIBCO is officially ending support for the below releases of TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter Framework. This action will take effect on Dec 31, 2024.

TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter Framework (Adapter Framework)  is a component that allows TIBCO Adapters to be used with TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks (BusinessWorks) 6.x versions up to 6.7.

Because the Adapter Framework component is not supported with BusinessWorks 6.8 or later versions, the Adapter Framework component is only supported as long as BusinessWorks 6.7 is Supported. 

As a result, support for the Adapter Framework component with the following adapters ends with BusinessWorks 6.7 as of 11:59 pm Pacific Time on December 31, 2024:

• TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks™ Plug-in for Database 8.4.X 

• TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks™ Plug-in for Oracle Tuxedo 8.1.X     

• TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks™ Plug-in for PeopleSoft 7.1.x     

• TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks™ Plug-in for SAP Solutions 8.5.X     

• TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks™ Plug-in for Siebel 7.2.x     

• TIBCO ActiveMatrix® Adapter for Database 7.2.X     

• TIBCO ActiveMatrix® Adapter for Files for Unix/Win 7.0.X     

• TIBCO ActiveMatrix® Adapter for PeopleSoft 6.1.X     

• TIBCO ActiveMatrix® Adapter for SAP 7.2.X     

• TIBCO ActiveMatrix® Adapter for Tuxedo 6.1.X     

• TIBCO® Adapter Migration 1.7.X

The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate as soon as possible, to supported releases of the products. Please check the TIBCO Product Download Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent releases when planning your upgrade.

Until the retirement date, Support will answer product questions, however product updates (including security updates) will not be provided.  After the retirement date has been reached, new adapter issues related to the retired Adapter Framework component will no longer be accepted and existing cases under investigation will be closed

Available hot fixes and knowledge base articles will continue to be available to all customers with product maintenance beyond the retirement date.
