TIBCO Administrator GUI is now properly displaying the Multi byte characters (Scandinavian, Chinese and Korean characters.)

To apply this fix, tibcoadmin.client.encoding=UTF-8 needs to be set in the
<tibcohome>\administrator\domain\<domainName>\bin\tibcoadmin_<domainName>.tra file.

By default, it is set to ISO8859-1
