Jaspersoft customers will be able to download the hotfix from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI using their username and password for the TIBCO Support Web page. Once logged on they can find the hotfix under the Download Menu :

*NEW* Hotfix Structure Change: Please note that recently the structure of the hotfix has been expanded compared to the previous format. Now the main ZIP file includes two nested packages:

• jasperserver-pro.zip - libraries and files to update in the deployed JasperReports Server application
• js-install.zip - libraries and files to update in JasperReports Server installer (a.k.a. "buildomatic"). Please apply this patch before attempting to redeploy, or run any scripts in the "buildomatic" folder

Each nested package has its own README file. Please follow the instructions inside these files carefully before applying each of the packages.
