The customer will be able to download the Hotfix from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI using their username and password for the TIBCO Support Web page.Once logged on they can find the Hotfix under the Download Menu :

Following are the usage tips for this :- 
User will have to add this java property to configuration file(e.g *.tra file) :-  java.property.com.tibco.security.ssl.ExplicitCiphers to a space-or-comma-separated list of ciphers.
Possible values can be found at https://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/technotes/guides/security/StandardNames.html#ciphersuites.
e.g. add the following line to *.tra file

java.property.com.tibco.security.ssl.ExplicitCiphers=TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA256,TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256
