The customer will be able to download the Hotfix from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI using their username and password for the TIBCO Support Web page.Once logged on they can find the Hotfix under the Download Menu :

Support for including/excluding cipher suites has been added.

Following is the usage tip for this :- 
The two new optional system properties are included :- 

com.tibco.security.ssl.includeCiphers
com.tibco.security.ssl.excludeCiphers

User can specify one or more ciphers and/or regular expressions for either one.Separate ciphers or expressions using commas,semicolons or spaces.
First inclusion logic then exclusion logic is applied.By default all is included and none is excluded.
Earlier HF (TRA 5.10.0_HF-006)'s com.tibco.security.ssl.ExplicitCiphers property is now removed since com.tibco.security.ssl.includeCiphers has overridden it.
