Description

With Microsoft disabling of the Global Discovery Service as mentioned here, customers will need to update the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM connections for the Adapter and Publisher within TIBCO Scribe Insight to use Azure AD authentication. When updating the publisher remember to review step 4, Publisher/Bridge Properties to see if you have any Ignore Users set for your Published Entities. If the Ignore User is set to the previous user used in the Publisher connection, the Ignore User will need to be updated to the new Azure AD application user.

The Ignore User — Lets you specify a user whose changes to the entity are ignored. This feature is used to avoid sending changes in an endless loop between your Dynamics CRM application and other applications.
