To request that the hotfix be installed in your organization, create a case using the
TIBCO Support portal and include the following information:
Name of the hotfix
The
organization IDs of the organizations where you want it installed
Your preference for the time of the installation Monday - Friday between 12:00 - 20:00 UTC
