To request that the hotfix be installed in your organization, create a case using the
TIBCO Support portal and include the following information:
- name of the hotfix
- the organization IDs of the organizations where you want it installed
- your preference for the time of the installation Monday - Friday between 10:00 - 22:00 UTC
