TIBCO Statistica (a.k.a TIBCO Data Science Workbench) customers will be able to download the hotfix V140SP1HF10.zip from the Customer Support Portal Web UI using their Support portal credentials.

TIBCO Statistica (a.k.a TIBCO Data Science Workbench) customers will be able to download the hotfix V140SP1HF10.zip from the Customer Support Portal Web UI using their Support portal credentials. Once logged on they can find the hotfixes under the Downloads Menu and navigate to:

• Hotfixes > Available Downloads > Statistica > 14.0.1 > HF10

NOTE: It is a pre-requisite to upgrade to Statistica 14.0.1 prior to applying the hotfix. Instructions to upgrade to the release can be located in the release notes packaged with Statistica 14.0.1/ Workbench 1.3 in edelivery.tibco.com
