If you are entitled to Support for a TIBCO product that requires a TIBCO infrastructure product, support for that TIBCO infrastructure product will be included with the Support for the TIBCO product that requires it. • If third-party vendors such as Java or Tomcat publish end-of-life information, TIBCO's ability to support TIBCO Runtime Agent (TRA), TIBCO Designer, and TIBCO Administrator will be limited.
• If compatible versions of TIBCO Runtime Agent (TRA) tenant products (e.g., TIBCO TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWork and Plugins, TIBCO BusinessConnect, TIBCO BusinessEvents ) publish end-of-life TIBCO's ability to support TIBCO Runtime Agent (TRA), TIBCO Designer, and TIBCO Administrator will be limited till the End of Life date of compatible versions of TIBCO Runtime Agent (TRA) tenant products.
